Excellent service from start to finish.They did a great job with our car maintenance, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They even picked up our car right from our house, which made everything so convenient for us. The lady who answered all our phone inquiries on Monday, October 5. She was very helpful, accommodating and did an excellent job assisting us throughout the process.Overall, everything went smoothly.

Called in the morning for appointment next day with a chance to have work done same day. They got vehicle at lunch and had work done by 4pm. Excellent communication and service!

A great experience from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. They were gracious and gave me a ride to work, and then text me with a question and then again when the work was complete. When I picked it up I was greeted and was given some information from the mechanics report of some future warranty work I need to get resolved. I would 100% recommend using Pella Car Care.
