I have been using Pella Car care since moving to the area in 2019. Austin and his whole team do a phenomenal job at customer service mechanical work. The vehicle inspection each time provides me with the knowledge on the condition of my vehicle and whether I want to repair and replace items needing attention. There is no high pressure sales tactics for them to provide any work you dont want done. They give you accurate information for you to make an educated decision on the repairs to your vehicle. Great customer service, great prices, and they even offer a ride if you need to drop your car off before work! (Assuming this is in town only, but that's all I needed). Will definitely use their services again if I ever need anything done with my car!
