Always confident that our vehicles will be well taken care of when we hand them over to Austin and the team at Pella Car Care. In this instance, we needed a quick turnaround on an issue with the battery. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and have us back on the road the same day.

Everyone I spoke with at Pella Car Care was professional and responsive to my questions, provided clear information on timeliness of repair, and keep me updated on repair progress as they said they would do. Repair costs were better than Des Moines rates and online payment system was easy to use and clear. Pella Car Care was recommended to me from a local Pella resident and now I understand why. I got my car fixed quickly and did not have the "sick" feeling that other service centers usually leave me with after dealing with them. Keep up the great level of service!
