As always, first rate customer service. Approaching 200K on my CRV Honda, due to Pella Car Care's outstanding service. Staff is always friendly and helpful

A great experience from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up. They were gracious and gave me a ride to work, and then text me with a question and then again when the work was complete. When I picked it up I was greeted and was given some information from the mechanics report of some future warranty work I need to get resolved. I would 100% recommend using Pella Car Care.

I have been using Pella Car Care for many years and they have never disappointed me. Their technicians are knowledgeable and do good work. Pella Car Care gives me the cost of a repair up front and have never added charges. One time they reduced the bill when the repair took less time than estimated. Having a loaner car to use has made my life much easier too. I highly recommend them!
