Pella Car Care was able to successfully diagnose and fix a major issue with my car when 2 other auto shops were not able to do so. They referred to an official Ford memo for the potential issue (that the others had not done) and fixed my car quickly. They called me prior to the repair with an estimated cost for the work to make sure I approved first. I know we've found our new go-to auto shop in town.

Took my car there recently because my turn engine light was on and my gas gauge wasn't working. Turns out I had several things going on. Pella Car Care called me each time before doing repairs, letting me have the decision rather to proceed with fixing them. $1100 later my car is on the road again. They also picked my car up at my work and delivered it back upon completion of service. I will be using their service from now on.

I live in Minneapolis and my daughter attends Central. We were totally not sure how to handle car issues for our van being so far away. We asked a local and they immediately recommended Pella Car Care. They were AWESOME! We joked that we should bring all our cars downtown there for service! Thanks for making a tough situation so easy to deal with:)

We've been privileged to help several Central students and staff over the years. It's understandable that it can be stressful when your child is having vehicle concerns and they are several hours away. We do our best to make those situations less stressful.
