Great service. Employees really value relationships. When I have seen them around town, they have recognized me, knew my name, and stopped to talk. Pella Car Care has a program with oil changes where you pay for 5 oil changes and get 1 free. I appreciate that they are flexible on drop off and pick up times so that I can make it to work on time.

On July 27th I had my Toyota serviced at Pella Car Care and used their $25.00 Summer Special Coupon. I needed an oil change, fluids checked, and tires rotated, so it was a great deal!! I also mentioned that I needed wiper blades, that was taken care of as well. While doing my inspection they also found another problem underneath that needed some attention for safety reasons. I was very pleased that they called to let me know and it was fixed promptly at a very reasonable fee, so now I feel safer on the streets again. Plus, they came and picked my car up and delivered it back within the day at no extra charge. Thanks guys-you are AWESOME!! I will be calling you again.
