Rear brakes were really bad, I was kind of stranded at work but Pella Car Care was able to get the car in and looked at and repaired the next day as discussed. The car was ready and the cost was as quoted. Other work was noted as needed but I was not pressured to have work done and was well informed about the repairs needed and know I can return when we want to have the work done and as quoted. Everyone was very polite, professional and helpful.

Always good service

I was very please about a number of things. First off they got me in very quickly around a holiday. Second they had it diagnosed quickly. Third, they got the parts in and fixed quickly. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response considering the issue and timing around the holiday.

The people who work there are so nice, and they spoke to me in a way that allowed me to understand what needed to be done with my car, and how they were going to fix the problems.
