Extremely friendly customer service!! I went to get my oil changed, and they offered to pick up my car at work for free! They also have excellent warranties and once you spend $25 you get up to $75 of free road side assistance twice!

Pella Car Care seems like a great hometown auto shop. The staff was very friendly and made sure to inform me what they were doing and asked before they moved on. They also gave me pricing as different things were being fixed. They picked me up at work to go and get my car. Overall great experience!
