I was very impressed with your staff and service! no wonder my daughter only goes to you! You did the service, reported what further work needed to be done w/o hassling me to have it done there, all with a genuine kind spirit. Heartwarming to get that type of service especially in this fast paced, quick- get them done so we can get the next guy in- business. They treat you brashly giving you the feeling that they don't really care about you or your vehicle just trying to make an extra score on that oil change! Thank you and we will be back :)

Pella Car Care is awesome! They are really friendly and down-to-earth people. Plus, they have made everything convenient for me as a student who goes to school far from my home town. They have a shuttle service to bring me back to campus when I take my car in and all the work has been affordable. The part that I like best, though, is that they don't tell me I need a million little things fixed every time I come in. Thanks PCC!

Pella Car Care is amazing! I'm always nervous about new garages, but these guys were great! They're thorough, they're affordable, they take the time to explain to me what all of the technical terms mean, and they go above and beyond with their customer service! As someone who moves a lot, I wish there were more places like these guys.

New to the area and did not know where to go. Pella Car Care had excellent service across the board. We had our car into an out of town dealership for an oil change not long before we took it to Pella Car Care. The dealership did not mention anything at all about our severely worn tires. Pella Car Care did a full inspection with recommendations and options. They took Care of us and our car is riding perfect again. Love the fact that they have a shuttle to and from work & will pick your car up if need be! Will definitely be back!
