I called to get in for an oil change and got an appointment for the very next day! Pella Car Care picked my car up and dropped it back off at no extra charge and even called me to let me know when it was done.. Very friendly and efficient service!

Wouldn't go anywhere else - expertise and honesty are of the utmost quality. If I had car trouble on any of my travels anywhere in the US, I would consider hiring a flatbed truck to haul my vehicles back to you at Pella Car Care. Appreciate the never satisfied attitude about wanting to provide great customer service, just like Coach Fran McCaffery and the Iowa Hawkeye basketball team. Come to think of it, Coach Fran should consider asking you to be a primary sponsor.
