They do such a great job explaining what is needed, and providing an update on what they've found. I couldn't be happier with their service!

I called with a tire emergency, and even with a full schedule the team at Pella Car Care was able to squeeze me in and get me safely back out on the road in no time!

Pella Car Care was very thorough in diagnosing issues with my vehicle and cataloging any issue which could use attention. They also informed me which issues were critical for our safety and vehicle longevity and which issues were more minor and could wait to be worked on when our budget allowed. Their staff was friendly and interested in making sure all my questions were answered and their quotes were accurate to the final bill. Nice job!
