Pella Car Care is thorough , thoughtful, friendly and communicates any concerns they have. We recently had a problem that was hampered by the part they had to replace. The replacement part was from the otiginal supplier and came with a defect that should have been rejected before being sent out from the manufacturer. Then Pella Car Care went to great lengths to get a part that worked, taking the risk on their part I appreciated their many efforts to get it right and they got it done,. Even though it took more time and extra efforts to grt things done right . We appreciate the customer care, that is the way they do things there.
