My car is in good hands here. What actions are taken are reviewed verbally and again on the bill so I can refer to the what and when at a later date. They are very patient explaining to me the automotive repairs in language I understand.

They provide an accurate estimate for the work requested and use that as a work order for yiu ti accept or decline the proposed work; labor and parts separated. This effective and easy to understand and user friendly approach takes all the guess work out it. Work was done, as estimated within price quote and time frame. They provide shuttle service to and from my home. Courteous staff handling the administrative part. All in all a very comfortable, relaxed and trust building experience. I highly recommend you give them the opportunity to give you the same experience. It will be well worth your time and money.

Always greeted and treated with kindness. They contact me anytime more needs/or could be done while the vehicle is there & with an estimate of cost. I live out of town and they provide me with a vehicle to borrow which is extremely helpful.
