Pella Car Care was very thorough in diagnosing issues with my vehicle and cataloging any issue which could use attention. They also informed me which issues were critical for our safety and vehicle longevity and which issues were more minor and could wait to be worked on when our budget allowed. Their staff was friendly and interested in making sure all my questions were answered and their quotes were accurate to the final bill. Nice job!
