Very easy to work with and they do a thorough job! I like that they will come pick my car up from work when I need oil changes. This is a convenience that made my choice to start using Pella Car Care. Thankful for the updates when additional items come to their attention and they ask for permission to complete rather than just tacking it on. Everyone I have dealt with has great customer service. I'm always impressed when a garage is as clean as PCC and I'm even more impressed with the work and decent price. Love the fact that PCC provides its customers with a free ride home and back to the facility to pick up my car.
