I interacted with Austin and Jay and had a great overall first experience with them (I am sure other technician who worked on car was also good). The work started on time and oil change and overall inspection took some time to complete, but that’s because they seemed to be very thorough about it, which was great and important. Clean waiting area, wi-fi, clean shop area (good to NOT see a bunch of tools and parts lying around in an unorganized manner), glass window for clear view of shop area (likes their transparency there). Price of additional filter replacement Jay recommended was reasonably priced and he brought the old filter to show what was wrong. They didn’t do the work or show their reluctance because I used their coupon (something that quite a few places do). Jay patiently took me thru all the findings and next steps. They even reset the oil change reminder, so loved the attention to detail. Great overall experience!

The work was done correctly in the time frame advertised, at the price advertised, and with very helpful people doing the customer service at the shop. Great experience for my first time taking my car in. I will be back for the next time my car needs to be serviced.
