I made an online appointment. When I received the confirmation I didn't look at the date and brought it in a day early. They were gracious enough to try and get the work done by the end of day so I wouldn't be without a vehicle for another day. Great job getting it done and greatly appreciated. I have another vehicle that needs service but scheduling is out 10 to 14 days. Everyone wants things done now, but I have great respect for them going the extra mile whenever possible, so patience is in order.
