Pella Car Care really stands out with their customer service. I scheduled a service online and they called because I had forgotten to select the service I needed. Not only did they help make sure I was getting the correct service scheduled they were able to get me in 3 days earlier than expected. Once I got there they offered to drive me to work and were extremely kind and well mannered throughout every interaction I had. PCC will absolutely be my first choice for any automotive needs that arise in my household.

I was waited on immediately and able to make an appointment quickly and soon. During the work they found a small problem and called me and explained what they could do to fix it. Since I had had that problem before with another business, I declined their offer, and he accepted my explanation very kindly. I appreciated all that. I appreciated that someone got my car and returned it. Thank-you.
